		<description>Barry&#039;s a &quot;civil rights lawyer&quot;?!?!  Yeah, for about five minutes, and that spent pursuing a socialist agenda in court (much as he&#039;s pursuing one before the voters, which is a change for the better, as it&#039;s at least the right forum).

As for Ledbetter, you can certainly spin it that way if you want.  Or you can recognize that it was a decision of judicial restraint construing a badly-written law with a result which can easily be remedied by Congress, should it so choose.</description>
