Congressional Primary June 10th
Reminder if you live in Virginia, go vote tomorrow!
Here is my non-partisan, unbiased page (there is only one of those - normally I rant and/or rave a lot): http://blog.scottnolan.org/virginia-congressional-primary-june-10th/
The 8th, 10th, and 11th congressional districts all have bipartisan primary elections. In Virginia, you are not registered with any party, so any registered voter can vote in any one party’s primary for that day.

Pardon my belligerence, because I’m all for participation in the political process, but why in the heck are they having yet another primary?!? Why didn’t they have these primaries when they had the previous primaries? Completely ridiculous… no wonder participation is down in elections…

Presidential vs Congressional.
Virginia’s normal primary elections are always in June.
They decided to have presidential primaries with Maryland and DC in February a few years back because by June the Presidential primary is typically over (current one was an exception).
Relax, presidential elections are only every four years.
