McCain gets a pair of golden flip-flops award

It is baffling and amazing to me that this candidate is the best that the Republican party can offer us in 2008!
While I have virtually no respect for Senator John McCain, I also realize that he was the best of the bunch of losers that the Republicans tried to foist off on us. Only Governor Mitt Romney really has anywhere near the same level of experience, and I trusted him no more than I trusted Bill Clinton in 1992. How about some real conservative candidates?

The social conservatives have all but run the fiscal conservatives out of town in term of the Party leadership.
In fact you can forget even getting support for a pro-choice Republican potentials in terms of State GOP’s.
Until the Dems and Reps both realize that the have to leave the extremes of their Parties for dead or let them break off to form their own Party and let moderate Dems and fiscal conservative Rep come togther in the center and form its own Party this is what we will be left with for years to come.
