		<description>If you are REALLY worried about using I.E. on WIndows (and you should be), try sandboxie.  (www.sandboxie.com) it provides a virtual machine for you to run I.E. in and from what I can tell, it is VERY secure.  If you run from that, most of your machine should be safe.

As always, make sure you are behind a NAT router and keep your browser off of questionable sites.

I don't even bother with McAfee, too bloated.  I use the AVG free edition with no hassles at all.

Stay away from ZoneAlarm, it has bloated all to hell as well.

If you read netnews, I like Forte's Agent and of course GAIM for im.

Other than what you have, I simply suggest you stay off Windows!</description>
